We love to partner and support local businesses! Our goal is to bring Kay Ley Collective to our customers by offering them in-person shopping locations. If you are a retail business, salon, spa, art gallery, winery, or esthetician we would love to bring product to your shop for customers to shop please email kayleycollective@gmail.com with information about your shop and where your business is located.
We can’t wait for you to receive your new product and rock you style and self-confidence! We try our best to ship quick, however we cannot always guarantee this. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days one an order has been placed. Before shipping out we must check availability and await any pending payment verification. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped; not the date the order was placed Durning high sales volumes such as the Holidays or Summer, shipping times may vary and a delay in arrive could be expected.
We primarily use USPS and FedEx for shipping all our orders. Once we have shipped our package you will receive an email with updated information.
Definitely! Email kayleycollective@gmail.com and let us know the item you want to reserve. We can then send you an invoice via email and once you have made a payment we will process and ship your order.
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached for either a store credit, or a one time exchange.At this time, we are unable to process returns for money back. All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt present. The store credit or exchange will be processed once an unwanted item is received.

We cannot guarantee and item will come back but depending on popularity we would love to restock! To be notified if an item becomes available click on “email me when available” and select the size you want One the item is back you will be notified via email.
Roughy once a month we do local Pop Up Shops! Information about our pop-up shop locations and dates can be found under the "Pop-Up Shops" tab and follow us on Instagram for more info on upcoming pop ups.
We accept all major credit card vendors as well as Pay Pal and Venmo. At pop-up shops we accept cash, venmo, and card transactions. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers/wires.

KLC values sustainability and therefore we package all our products in a certified home compostable, fully biodegradable mailing satchel partly made from plants. Learn more about our environmentally friendly (and adorable!) packaging here!
Need something last minute?! We offer free local delivrey for those of you that live in the Petaluma area. We will deliver for free within 20 miles of Petaluma CA.
