We can’t wait for you to receive your new product and rock you style and self-confidence! We try our best to ship quick, however we cannot always guarantee this. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days one an order has been placed. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped; not the date the order was placed Durning high sales volumes such as the Holidays or Summer, shipping times may vary and a delay in arrive could be expected.
We primarily use USPS and FedEx for shipping all our orders. Once we have shipped our package you will receive an email with updated tracking information.
Definitely! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the item you want to reserve. We can then send you an invoice via email and once you have made a payment we will process and ship your order.
Kay Ley Collective does not accept returns.
However, exchanges are permitted within a 10-day window from the purchase date, provided the item is still tagged, unworn, and in pristine condition.
You have the option to exchange for a different size or receive store credit if the item doesn't meet your expectations.
Please note that the store credit or exchange will be initiated upon receipt of the unwanted item.
We cannot guarantee an item will come back but depending on popularity we would love to restock! Please email or DM us the style and size you are looking to purchase and we can take it from there.
At this time, we are not looking to hire right away. However, we do intend to hire an employee or two later this year as we understand our foot traffic at the new shop.

As we now have a shop in Sonoma, we do less pop up shops than we used to. Follow along on Instagram to stay up to day with any upcoming pop-up shops we may be doing!
We accept all major credit card vendors as well as Pay Pal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers/wires.

Definitely! At check out, you will be prompted to select if you prefer an item to be shipped directly to you or if you prefer to pick up locally at our store in Sonoma. Please note our store hours when deciding.
